Hi, been playing on the server for a while now and I am not sure why I got banned, I do not recall RDMINg anyone before I left the server, nor did I have any active slay rounds, your response is appreciated, thanks!​

Hey there Chase, I'll respond to this as soon as possible. Thanks for being patient in the meantime.

 

Alright Chase, appreciate the patience man. Now let me thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban on the forums. Now let's get to the matter at hand shall we?

So here's the rundown of the situation, we were playing on our West 2 server on the map ttt_teenroom while I happened to come across a situation like this in the logs:

You are able to see that the player Hentai had killed the player Tentacle so I went ahead and reported him for it and talked over with him about it through voice chat which you can see the report itself here:

As you can see above he told me a Detective had KOSed this player and I asked him to specify which Detective KOSed him, he then told me to check chat as it was a player by the name of "ChaserGator" and sure enough as I checked the chat in hopes of finding the KOSer I saw this:

Now with what you said on "Why you should be unbanned" section you said the following:

That would be correct as you did indeed did not have any slays on you nor did you directly RDM someone but here's the problem that's presented with this situation. In the screenshot of the KOS you can see the following words "yeah im fucking salty" which led me to believe something more was behind the reasoning of this KOS, but before I could ask you anything you left the server as you're able to see here:

I investigated the matter further and realized that this might've been a case of Revenge RDM as earlier in the map you had been killed by Tentacle with a Jihad but he only killed you with it and with a valid reasoning:

So to summarize the the matter briefly, Hentai killed Tentacle because of your KOS. Before I could question you about your KOS, you had already left and seeing as you were killed by Tentacle before, who also had a valid reason in a previous round when he did indeed kill you. Then, in a later round you seemingly revenge RDMed him and left. This ban was then globaled by my Admin @BmTron because of the poor attitude you demonstrated before you left and due to the fact that your Second Offense ban was still active along with the number of bans you've accumulated in the last month.

So I'd like to see what you have to say on the matter before I decide my verdict on this appeal. But I'd just like to say that if this truly was a case of Revenge RDM you should know better than to kill a player like that with the amount of hours you've played on our servers and that it is not tolerated on our servers and in the future ensure that you ask a Staff Member if you're good to leave or not to prevent situations like this.

 

I thank you for the thorough reply, yes I remember this now and I was kinda mad and it was a revenge kos, I did not ask if I was ok to leave after the situation. I'm sorry. I had just got caught up in the moment , I usually don't act like that. Appreciate the thorough reply, do whatever you gotta do, thx.

 

Alright so after thinking about the issue I think I'll have to end up denying this appeal due to your history and the fact that how you left the server on a rather bad note knowing full well that you Revenge KOSed someone and then left immediately afterwards. Considering this ban is only four weeks, it'll give you some time to reflect on how you plan to play while on our servers. I definitely appreciate that you owned up to your actions, but this is case where I think taking the punishment for said actions is in due order to make sure that you learn your lesson. I'd also like to let you know that if you do get caught RDMing and Leaving sometime soon after this ban expires that it will result in a much longer global ban than this current one with the bare minimum length being eight weeks.
