I was testing someone and it was red so I tested him two more times and it was still red so I killed him.​

Hey there once again Mr. Gravity hope you're having a great day, and thanks for taking the time to appeal your ban here on the forums! Now let's get to business then.

So just to clear things up I did not ban you for this incident:

Here's what actually went down and the reason for you ban, we were playing on MinecraftCity and as I was looking for unreported RDM I happened to come across this:

Spoiler: The Damage.

As you can see above what ended up happening was that you began to damage a Detective for seemingly no reason and the Detective proceeded to kill you but it was still RDM on your part if this was truly the case. Before I could question you about it though I saw this:

So following protocol I banned you for RDM and Leave First Offense seeing as your previous ban by Bear was voided. So I'd just like to hear why exactly you damaged this Detective as he seemingly did not endanger your life in order to decide the verdict of this appeal.

Please note that it's always good to ask the Staff Member present if you're good to go for cases like these to not happen in the future.

 

I began to shoot the detective because I saw the T room open and shot, then I saw that it was the detective

Seeing as your reason would fall under RDM even if accidental, it's still up to you to ask a Staff Member present if you're good to go. I will unban you seeing as your history besides this incident is clean but will not be voiding the ban as the RDM that occurred was still your fault considering you should've been more careful of a Detective coming out of a T Room as they're immune to Traitorous Acts which include being inside of the T Room and your quick leave after the incident for that round.

Please note that since I am not voiding this ban that if you're banned in the future for RDM and Leave, it will be counted as a Second Offense ban which will be much lengthier so take this as learning experience in order to heed my advice and ask a Staff Member if there is no problems as far as RDMs go while playing on our servers and you're about to leave.
