Hey Sunny! Thank you for taking the time for the post, this helps me in training to be a mod. I apologize for what happened and am currently collecting all the information needed. Please be patient with this.

 

Sunnyly1995, was there another staff member online at the time who was training J.T. Ripper?

Now, I should also state that my decision is not final. I am merely a trial-mod and may only weigh on my thoughts on the decisions. Ultimately it was up to DieHard01, as he was the mod I was training with at the time. This is for the second half the report (fiefoe) and we are still gathering information on the first part (mr. gravity).

 

As you can see I looked at this report and decided that the report against @Fiefoe was invalid due to that at the time I had just been killed by @J.T.Ripper when he was a traitor and just throw a harpoon at me. Since in the end I was the moderator that was in-charge of the trial today. Since Fiefoe did call it GBA since you didnt help with the killing of Ripper.
I will call @Steven | SP to handle the decision of my report for today.
I will leave the first part of the report to another moderator and admin.

 

As far as being killed by Mr.Gravity for T-DNA goes, I see the mods @Exactly and @Kawaii were on at that time. If they wouldn't mind responding. I believe it is for 11/23 at 17:06(server time) on round 5 for reference in the old logs

I wants to breaking this confusion.
1st The other report was in same map but it was from yesterday at around 3-5PM Pacific times.
2nd There was many people that was around and I was trying to run away from the tester and he choose me to kill instead of 8 different people was around and only a few was helping. (Karma issue?)

 

It would of been best to make two reports instead of making one. But the second one I have giving all the information that is need to the report. Steven will get to that one.
With the first one will be dealt with by another admin when it is done.

 

I will add in one more thing.

Since this report should have been split into 2 reports, I recommend keeping this post to only the one concerning @Diehard01 and @J.T.Ripper and a second report will be set up with the first scenario with Kawaii.

The situation with the other people around were that they tested and were proven. Sunny was watching diehard get harpooned and didnt fire a single shot and then proceeded to id the body of J.t first and walked away from diehards. Hope that resolves the matter.

 

Was blocked in the Tester room by someone else and dierhard001 die outside of the tester room

 

i was actually spectating as this happened and @Sunnyly1995 was not the only person to not shoot but as @Fiefoe stated the rest were already proven via tester so he had all right to kill/kos you

 

Fifoe I have a few questions to ask you.

• Why did you kill him 13 seconds after diehards body was identified?
• In the evidence provided by diehard you can see sunny was iding bodies one being the traitor that was killed. The detectives body was ided at roughly the exact same time so how exactly did he walk away from the body if it was already being identified by someone else?
• You claim that GBA occurred yet the kill happened outside the tester and he was in the tester room. How can he kill for something he didn't see? or are you claiming that he did see it go down? if so then it would be GBA.

I wasn't there to witness the entire scenario and logs can only give me so much so if your able to answer these questions it would help me wrap up this report.
