Why you should be unbanned:

I didnt RDM right before i was banned.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Look at the logs, this literally just happened on Terrortrain by Mr Rodgers. It was OT, i called a life-check, no one answered, i blew away the person that was chasing me with a double barrel, then i get banned. I bet Rodgers didnt notice it was OT, do a better job.​

I was going to stay out of this and let Rogers handle it, however it seems you don't trust him so let me present you with some facts:

1. You cannot kill for not responding to a livecheck

2. You cannot kill for following you

3. You cannot kill on suspicion, for following, or not responding to a livecheck in over time. You can only kill AFKs in overtime.

I will let Rogers finish this appeal up.

 

I killed for not responding to a livecheck in overtime, which is not stated in the rules anywhere as being RDM. Now if this said rule is what seriousgmod considers an "unwritten rule", then i cannot be banned for it because it is not stated in the rules in which server regulars, like myself, read.

 

Let's get straight to the facts, shall we?

For your First Offense of RDM, you killed a Traitor Buddy with a frag grenade without a sufficient warning. This warranted a slay for one round.

For your Second Offense of RDM, you killed a player for not responding to a livecheck. This warranted a slay for two rounds. One slay for the RDM, and the other slay due to it being your Second Offense during my session.

Your Third Offense of RDM is the same situation as the second. You killed a player for a not responding to a livecheck.

The reason cases 2 and 3 are RDM is due to the fact that the only action you can perform in Overtime that you cannot during regular playtime is killing AFK players. This is simply generalized as "no killing on suspicion"

To prevent both future slays and bans, I highly recommend that you take a look at both the motd and our Extended Rules section. Both of these are loaded with useful information about our servers that I think you will find very beneficial.

Please try and take this ban as a learning experience, and I hope that you listen to the advice that I gave you.
