Yeah I'm sorry I don't really understand how to use the one on the extended rules so can we make it easier?
This is a post from the extended rules that contains a file with most of all addons the server has. There's a file within the .rar file named "Installation Instructions (Delete me)" that shows what to do and where to put all the files. Is there a specific part of the instructions you don't understand / need clarification on or are you not able to open the .rar file at all? Marking this answred but leaving it open if extra clarification is needed.
