Why you should be unbanned:

The Moderator, Lucky-Sama did NOT follow the correct protocall, she muted (with no warning) me and then afterwards instead of a mute for an entire round like how it is supposed to be she banned me for 8 hours. That is not the way it works from what I read on the rules.​

Evidence of Innocence:

My case is in why I should be unbanned. On the way I saw the rules she has no grounds to ban me.​

 

Considering how much you spammed, I wouldn't be surprised if she got admin discretion to ban you after your first offense.

I never even got a warning. We were all just joking around and I got muted,once with no warning. Then I got banned for "Spam and toxic" I wasn't even toxic she hadn't followed the ways the rules work that I knew of and it makes no sense to me. She also banned ONLY me when there were atleast 2 other people doing it.

 

When I read the rules it said "1st time gag/mute+ warning" I never got said warning I was just muted for a round.
