Hello @Synergy ! Thank you for making this appeal!

Now let's get down to this. We were playing on the vanilla server (@spitefulvenom was also present as a Trial Mod since I was training him during the time) and when we started playing on Minecraft_b5, I noticed that you threw 2 discombobulators. One of those discombobulators actually damaged another player as shown below with the screenshot.

I pm'd you during the time on why you did this and gave you a few rounds to respond (2 if I recall as you were also playing on the other 2 rounds) and you never responded. I believe I even sent a report, which was handled by Spiteful during the time. So before the start of round 6 during this time, I gave you a slay. You then chose to leave immediately after I gave the slay. With that in mind, I chose to ban you due to you not serving your slay and leaving immediately after.

Please respond to why you threw the discombobulator during that instance. Hope to hear from you soon.

Honestly, I still do not recall this. My brother must of been on my account playing at the time. But it doesn't matter I'll just serve the 5 days or hours or what ever it was. But thank you for showing me the evidence and being patient with me. Because I had absolutely no clue that this happened or how it happened.

 

Considering your behavior/attitude being positive despite being banned and this being your first offense, I'll let you off with the amount of time you already served in your ban. Please be more careful in the future about who uses your account in the future as you will be held responsible if this happens again. This ban won't be voided so the next time it happens, you will be banned for a 2nd Offense. Have fun.
