First off why was I even banned?​

Evidence of Innocence:

I have no clue why this even happened. I remember someone reported me that round but I responded to it clearly.​

The only report I saw (I don't remember it clearly) IIRC was an obvious false report that I responded to. Do you guys have logs of accusations and responses? It would help me find the memory since I don't have anything organized by date :/

I'm at school right now but I remember the scenario was someone reported you and your response was "you were touching my stuff" I'll give my evidence when I get home.

 

I thought I got slain for that already.

 

You actually left the round you were slain from that report. You left just before the round ended and I'll show you once I'm out of school.

I didn't even notice. I thought that happened several rounds before I left but the round must've lasted so long I forgot I was slain. There's no reason someone with my hours would leave on a slain round with a mod online. I feel dumb for forgetting and a bit frustrated.

As for the ban, you left the server before serving your entire slay. On community pool, you killed Faithful and responded with "don't mess with my stuff :L" and you should know that is an inexcusable answer so I put a slay on you.

It was the final round of community pool and just before the round ended, you left the server and I was in a bit of shock when you left actually. When the map changed I was hoping you saw my first warning in shoutbox, but I didn't see you on the forums at all so I gave you the benefit of the doubt. However, I gave you a full 2 rounds to come back and I even gave you a 2nd warning in shoutbox after the first round passed by and you still never showed up after the 2nd round.

I know you and I both agree that you've been on here for a while to know not to leave while slain, but I will let you respond to this appeal before I close this up.

 

As I said, I didn't even remember it was a slay round. I left on an impulse of boredom and I don't even know what "shoutbox" is so that's no kind of warning (not that I have a right to a warning anyways).

I did rdm on purpose that round, but it had lasted so long that I missplaced it in my memory to 3 rounds ago. That's not a valid excuse, I'm just explaining that it happened to be one of those things that just got shifted all wrong. I was probably multitasking my job at the time and it slipped. I'd never leave during a slay round for any reason besides forgetting as "East" and seriousttt in general are the only servers I really play on.

 

Shoutbox is the chat box on the very main page where people from this community can talk to each other. Yes I slayed you the round you rdmed once i got your response. I get that sometimes we forget, but I have to deny this appeal since you've been here for so long to know this. Its only local so enjoy the other servers until this ban is up.
