Jihad Or C4

I just do not understand. Which to use more? I mean... C4 you can use multiple times and Jihad is a one stop shop.

I guess depends on the situation, but C4 I guess?

 

@Ravin there a little clearer? i mean my perspective of use more is activity you put into that item.

havent played in a while but i always used to try my luck with a jihad. if there's a decent player nearby then it's hard to pull it off though

 

I like to use C4. First I warn my T buddies that I'm going to blow my C4 up with the wrong wire. When they clear the room, I plant it and then immediately pick a random wire to make the largest explosion possible.

As far as I know, c4 explosions go through walls; Jihad doesn't. It's more effective.

alright, i admit it, I haven't ACTUALLY tried this before; I thought it would be a cool idea to jihad from all the knowledge I know, and I shared it a little too quick.

I just tried it; it's either I'm incredibly lucky, or I pick the right wire every time. You can't actually do this. Sorry for the buzzkill, everybody.

Sorry to break this to ya, but I'm PRETTY damn sure that you can't blow up your own C4. Even on max time, cutting any wire on a C4 you yourself have armed will defuse it 100% of the time.

 

Idk have you tried it yet? I am gonna try it and see if it works.

 

C4 in a main area, set it to 10 minutes, studies have shown people cannot resist defusing it.

 

Since I'm normally playing on one of the Vanillas I don't really get to use the Jihad too often. So whenever I'm on the Non-Vanilla servers I always buy a Jihad and hardly ever a C4.

 

Jihad because of the sounds and that I love seeing people's reactions when I jihad them.

 

There's a time and a place for both of them. Jihads always tend to get a laugh out of people, though, so I like to use those to make people happy

 

What about a combination? Plant a c4 in an area, then jihad in the area. Takes the people in the area out, and draws more in to investigate. Timing is necessary of course.

 

I use them for scare tactics and it works so great!

My opinion is that, both are used very differently.

Both have their similarities though.
-Kills T buddies
-Kills yourself
-Everyone panics

Differences
C4
- Spammed everywhere on TerrorTrain
-May not kill anyone besides your T buddies

Jihad
- Used once
-May not kill anyone besides yourself

 

We got the last few days for this poll. Seems Jihading will take the whole thing unless C4 can take the lead before the 19th.
