basically u called a false kos on anna, and after she i was proven i proceeded to kill u for it prompting u to report me for rdm, but in the end it was found as invaild since u indeed called the kos on anna and u didnt believe it. so the next rdmable round started u decided to shoot me for it

 

Hello N3tbloe,

Firstly I hope you are having a lovely day and secondly thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban. I banned you for RDM and Leave (First offense) as stated by Copilot.
So lets run through the events that took place.

So we were playing on the b5 map and it was the second round in when you called a KOS on me. You ignored my request to call it off and so I went to the t-tester to prove my innocence. When the detective called out that I was innocent I then requested you take the kos off me again via voice chat. You however didn't respond. It was then shortly after you were killed by @Deepsea1508 a (Haruka). Before I slay you I decided to ask you why you did it, just to give you the benefit of the doubt. Instead you asked me as to why Haruka wasn't slain earlier on. I then go to explain what happened (You calling a kos on me) to which you told me you didn't ever do. I then copied the message and reposted it to prove my point as shown here.

Shortly after that you left without me being able to issue your slay which you deserved for the revenge RDM on Haruka.

Now onto the punishment. I have staffed before whilst you were online and previously we have had plenty of fun together. I haven't had an issue with you before now so I have decided as this is your first offense of RDM and Leave, that I will be unbanning you on the server so long as you hope online to serve a slay I am on right now if you are interested in coming on now. (I will approve this appeal once you have served the slay). However this ban will not be voided. That means that if you are to RDM and Leave again it will not be taken lightly and the punishment will be more severe.

The subject here is the last part and only the last part but ill address the other subject aswell.

The round in which I "KOSed" was not really a kos,I use binds quite a lot and when I get shot I usually use it as a reflex.
The bind was aimmed at another(not sure about the name he was playing for quite so time on the server started on 'Wh')that shot me and I killed him.

As I already said the bind is kind of a reflex now and I guess I did not pay attention to where it bound you instead of the other player.
My point is that in all of that time where I saw you chatting about some KOS or anything something I didn't link it to myself since you never in any of the calls for me to cancel the KOS was my name.
You can also see that in the chat and SS that you posted that you always just talked about the KOS and as someone who didn't intentionally do it I wasn't aware that they were coming my way.

Also,i'm asking you.Is calling someone a T on bind(which you can clearly see is bind)really is a KOS?Seems like most people don't see it that way since almost every time i'm getting shot and use that bind people usually ignore it as its just another random message on the chat.When you kos someone you really does say 'KOS C.A.Anna' or add the work KOS in any other way.

Now for the round,I indeed shot the other guy whether its and rdm or not(same about him shooting me) because as I saw from previous justified reports that I filed even when contacting thought '@' I didn't get any response so I guessed that yet again you intentionally or not intentionally were ignoring my requests and reports.

After the round in which I did that,another round passed and since I saw that I wasn't getting slain that round I assumed that its all over,so I killed my self (can probably see in the logs) and left the game.
I don't know about you but a whole round passing and no punishment seems like its no longer valid or like i'm not getting it.

MY SIDE OF THE STORY

 

As you asked I will answer; I can tell you right now that calling someone a T by using your bind is indeed a kos that can be and most likely will be followed. It is why many people also have binded for false KOS as well in case they accidentally call a KOS on someone. Calling false koses are not to be taken lightly esspecially when it ends up creating a massive RDM chain for no reason. In this case it didn't but it has happened before which is why it is important to watch out when you press your bind.

We had just discussed why you revenge RDMed and had just finished that when you left. In the future, instead of just leaving because you think enough time has passed, send a message to admin chat using @ and ask if you are free to leave. Had you done that this time this could have been avoided.

As to why is beyond me as you were required to stay for the duration of your slay. Was it a connection problem? I will be on EU for a little while longer but if you are not to turn up to receive your full slay I will be re banning you and you will have to wait out 5 days.

After giving you a second chance and you subsequently throwing it away followed by me waiting for you to return and you not doing so I have decided to deny your appeal. The ban has been reissued and you will be unable to access EU vanilla for the next 5 days. Feel free, however, to play on any of our other servers in the mean time.
