Why you should be unbanned?

I was damaged by a barrel shot (shotgun) by a player name HellFlush so I killed him and another guy for GBA.

I already told Falcor I was gonna come back if I didn't have a demo saved.
You didn't even give me a round or two to come back and according to Falcor you already marked it as finished before I even left.
I waited for a round to see if you were gonna slay me but you never did.

Evidence of Innocence:

I didn't save my demo that round because I left instantly after a round or two.

I have no idea what your issue is and if you have anything against me I already said sorry to you in private message.

Demo clearly shows the player damaging me with a barrel (10k tick) on round 1 and me waiting 1-2 rounds before leaving.

Hey Seth! I banned you for your first offense of RDM + Leave.

Since I prefer to keep things simple, lets get straight to the point.
On Round 1 you were reported by @Shroom for RDM, your response was this:

So at first, I was inclined to believe you so I failed to check the damagelogs to see if you really were damaged you or not.

One round later Two Rounds later, Shroom PM'd me and asked me to recheck if you were really damaged and so I finally checked and to my surprise, you were dealt with no damage prior to the RDM.
So I asked Falcor to tell you to come back and so I gave you a round to come back before I issued a ban (@FluffyShadowfire can vouch for this) and you didn't come back so I was forced to issue a ban. As a exmoderator, you must understand why I issued the ban.

So I'll wait for you to post that demo.

The demo provided shows everything that went down and my innocence.

When Falcor asked me to come back,

I was already on my way + you never said anything for 2 rounds to me.

Hi Seth, I believe this is all a misunderstanding, partly cause I failed to let CoPilot know in time that you were on your way back. And a miscommunication in the reports.
Here is the logs of your supposed RDM

In the report you stated you shot Shroom for GBA cause of H3llaflush shooting a barrel. Which the logs do show HellaFlush shooting once.

I can vouch Seth waited a round after the report to make sure he wasn't being slain or the moderator handling the report had any questions about the report.
I will also state the report was marked finished before Seth's leaving.

 

Sorry for my mistake, I meant Shroom brought it up two rounds later.

Still, I understand being banned is a frustrating situation but please do be more respectful.

 

I don't see how anything I have said above is disrespectful, i'm just disagreeing with a statement you said.

Gonna lock this appeal in the mean time.

 

After reviewing the demo, I see both kills of Shroom and the other player are valid.
I will remove and void the ban when I get onto Steam.
My PC is currently acting up and I'm forced to restart it.

In this situation, the damage done by the barrel will fail to show up in the logs so I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience of the ban.

Thanks for appealing your ban! This situation was a tad bit complicated due to my mistakes and I will talk to my admin about my breaking of protocol of not checking the damagelogs for the report. Hope you stay here on SeriousTTT and hope to see you on the servers some more!
