Hello Behemoth, thank you for taking the time to write this Appeal.

If you are the correct Behemoth I am looking at; you have been banned by @Ravin for your Second Offence of RDM and Leave on East, and you have also been banned on East 2 by @TeeZy for your Third Offence of RDM and Leave. This was later Globalised and Extended by @Steven | SP.

Both Ravin and TeeZy will respond with why they banned you and provide their evidence. After that, Steven will decide whether or not to Accept or Deny your Appeal.

Hello @Behemoth . Thank you for taking time to appeal.

I had banned you for RDM and Leave, 2nd. You were just shy of the stature of limitations of 3 months so I had to ban you for your second offense.

You had an interesting night with me. You actually had two cases of RDM reports on you, both valid.

As you can see in this report, you assumed he was going to throw a frag, he actually was throwing a smoke and earned yourself a slay for a round.

I will go ahead and tag @BioHazard for this one as well as he was a witness. He said, "I think he killed him, I am pretty sure he did." Which multiple people, including you asked, "Is that a KoS?" Biohazard openly said, "No, this is not a KoS." You then shot and killed that player. I understand it may have been a little confusing, but if you were appealing just for my RDM and Leave, 2nd, I may have forgave it and removed it. But as you have escalated it to the point of the third RDM and Leave with Steven and @TeeZy , I have no intention of voiding that RDM and Leave ban as it seems justified. You didn't learn your lesson it appears.

Hello Behemoth, unfortunatly I do not have your response to the report, however I do have some screenshots and remeber your response to the report.

The map was 67th way and on round 3 @Shroom had killed you for picking up a cooked discombobulator with your magneto stick and throwing it towards him. You then reported him for RDM, and I deemed it invalid because I didn't have any proof of this, or you either admitted to doing it and I deemed it invalid. Now for about 2 rounds I didn't get the report(s) as I was doing something else at the time. The reason I mention this is because you took it upon yourself to revenge RDM Shroom, and when you responded to the report you said "Eye for an eye faggot/fagget" (don't remember how you spelled it exactly). After I got to the report I slayed you and left after that.
