Hello noscopes, thanks for taking the time to appeal.

Last night I was enjoying a simple time playing when a character by the name of "noscopes" happens to appear. I get shot by you in a particular fashion which I deemed suspicious. I then watched you and the second I did you suddenly stopped, adjusting your toggle hacks off, perhaps?

The rest of my evidence is in the video. You randomly aim on people you shouldn't be able to see in your FOV and your aim is too good. I believe you missed one or two shots, but as any good hacker knows, you can toggle off your aimbot at anytime.

So because of this, I will deny this appeal because the evidence is pretty clear. However I will confer with the higher-ups and if they deem this evidence not substantial enough, I will gladly unban you!

yea but i have to turn off my aimbot thing really fast if i do that and the i headshot people that are standing still and if they are moving i usually miss or bodyshot and I never downloaded aimbot before.
I also have 200 ping because I don't live in America

He was claiming that he wasn't using aimbot and that if he had, he would have to switch it off very fast. Noscopes, I apologize for any inconvenience, and we will look into this appeal thoroughly.

Watching the video, it certainly does look like you're snapping from one spot to another, but I'm not fantastic when it comes to noticing these things, so we'll get a few more inputs on this before closing it up.

Unfortunately with the evidence provided by Rek, it does seem that you could have used some form of hacks. There are multiple moments where you snap to players at incredibly high speeds, in particular, it appears that some of these snappings lined up to players that were through walls. Given this, it does lead me to agree with the above members of staff's statements.

However, I would like more input before this is closed.

 

After viewing the evidence provided by Rek, I believe that you're not playing legitimately at all. The way you snapped towards players several times as shown in the video is unnatural and lining up with the players also doesn't support your case. I myself, personally support my fellow staff in regards to how you're aiming.

 

I've watched the video more times than you can think. Your movement of aim is not normal as a normal players fast movement. A normal players fast movement would most of the time pass over the player, you on the other hand had movement to where you literally had a fast lock on snap in multiple instances. The line up is unreal and not normal. This is my opinion

 

After reviewing the evidence another time, and the considerate amount of agreeance from the staff team, I have decided that you were using Hacks whilst playing.

Due to this factor, I am sadly going to be denying this Appeal. However, the Ban is only a local on West 2, you are free and most welcome to play on our other servers whilst you wait out the Ban on West 2. Just be mindful of not using Hacks or anything of the sort further.
