Why you should be unbanned:

Puddles and Bluecore were abusing power and RDMing people and not slaying themsleves. the whole lobby was behind me but because i called her out she said i was herrasing and banned me. I never once yelled or got out of hand but she couldnt handle me disagreeing with her.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Listening this is obvious power abuse but banning someone who is calmly talking to them about it is ridiculous if you cant handle criticism then you shouldn't be a mod​

I feel that using bluecore as a witness wont be reliable considering he was one of the parties in the issue. he didnt ban me or say anything but he was the who RDMed me which is fine it happens, but i feel puddles is not able to handle criticism to her judgment and reacts to hastily. she had gagged and slayed people in the time she was on that was actually causing people to hop off the lobby.

 

The decision is left to the person who issued the ban. As for the validity of BlueCore's input, he is more than capable of acting from a neutral standpoint. Again, they will respond shortly, so please be patient.

Honestly Fuzzy, this was a long time coming. While a lot of the server was against puddles, you were pushing the limits further and further. I mean at one point, you called her a twat. I don't fully agree with the ban, but after you were ungagged you continued to go on even after she said stop. Need I remind you she ungagged you TWICE. Most of the time a second offense warrants a full round gag. She was being quite generous. You kept on pushing the limits. I didn't want to see you banned, but you brought a part of it on yourself.

You were banned for 5 days for harassment and spam.

Since I had gotten on East 2 tonight, you have had many things to say that haven't necessarily been very nice. There were also a couple other players that were acting the same, which is why I asked @BlueCore to assist me on the server since things were getting a bit out of hand. In the wonderful time I had with you in the servers, you had many colorful things to say about me specifically. If I recall, they were scattered with "cunt" "twat" "bitch" and other niceties. That touches down on the harassment part of your ban.

Now comes the spam. You were upset and claimed RDM for this specific incident;

As you can see here, you were committing a traitorous act- you were shooting at someone. You tried to defend yourself saying that BlueCore should be slain because that person was called out. BlueCore then responded to you saying that he didn't see the KOS in chat and he shot you for shooting, which as stated above is traitorous. There is no RDM here. If you read over the rules, you can see that shooting is indeed a traitorous act and you CAN be killed for it. These things happen. When BlueCore and I tried to explain to you why he wouldn't be slain, you went on for about 3-4 minutes about how much of a "twat" I am and that we are "abusing assholes", etc. I had given you many chances to attempt to drop the subject and calm down but you chose not to and continued to curse us out even while other players told you that you needed to calm down.

It's unfortunate that you feel we abused our power, but as shown above with my proof, we did not.

With all of these things stated, I will be denying your appeal. You are free to play on any of our other servers until your ban is up.
