I global and extended you ban because by the time I banned you, you were serving your 2nd offense of RDM and leave which was banned by @Pacifist
If Ravin decided to accept your appeal, your ban will be lower to 4 weeks global ban.

 

Hello Comedian. I wanted to thank you for your patience and taking time to file this appeal.

I had indeed banned you for RDM and Leave, 3rd Offense which Nena then did globalize WAY back on the 17th of March, 2015.

I had to comb a bit of logs as this happened so long ago. I will have you know I have a reputation of taking a screenshot of everything... And this will be no different regardless of the time frame. So let us get down to business, shall we?

A report was filed against you by a Mr. Mattastic55. Where you had claimed he had been shooting.

Considering the fact he had not been 'Shooting' as you can see from the shot logs here I had combed over a couple of times. I let you know when slaying you he did not shoot. Which you had promptly left. Judging by your appeal you claiming someone was, "Trying to RDM you" and I had "Falsely" slain you is not even Remotely possible or related to why I issued your ban. You also did know you were being slain as I had PM'd you that he had not been shooting then had slain you. The fact it took you so long to file an appeal as well when this was done back on 5/17/2015 makes me question why you decided to do it now. If you were hoping I would forget or not recall the reason... I am simply not that careless. Whatever the reasoning is, it matters not. Nena has denied removing the Global and Extention, I am denying putting you down to a 4 Week Global Ban. You will serve your full sentence and use this time wisely to reflect on your actions.
