Why you should be unbanned:

Well, I asked why someone could harass me for 3 rounds about their 7 inch penis, not get gagged or muted or kicked or banned, but I get gagged for a round for saying "faggot". I was laughing about it. Admin gagged me again for pointing out that this person was sexually harassing me of this, and I had used the word again, like this:
"so and so can do (previously stated) for a few rounds but I can't say the word 'faggot'?"
I was gagged again - without warning - and accused of mic spam - when I totally waited a few seconds in between what I was saying.

The ban reason is supposedly for mic spam when I was talking to other players about how big of a bullshit reason that was to gag me the second time for mentioning it - even though it wasn't directed towards any player at all but only used as reference to compare sexual harassment vs me saying faggot.

I'm really disappointed and upset with this stupid ban, I don't deserve it. I was having a great time on the server. I also have many mental disorders - THAT I HAD TOLD THE ADMINS ABOUT AND TOLD THEM NOT TO BAN ME FOR because i cannot control them. if needed more info about just contact me lol.

yeah i basically curse quite a bit and apparently me cursing is equivalent to mic spam so yeah, I wasnt mic spamming at all... fix this pls...

NOT TO MENTION, since I've been on (approx 8:30pm est) people have harassed me constantly about using a voice changer, which I am not. No action was taken to these users either ​

You were told multiple times to stop constantly talking on the mic by both mods, but you kept talking about things that weren't even relevant to the game.

If you have an issue with what someone is saying, it's best to use admin chat, which you were told to do, instead of constantly talking.
The person(s) responsible for "harassing" you(which really wasn't harassment, he just told a stupid story and you went off about it) were also dealt with.

You were given multiple warnings, official and unofficial, yet you still chose to constantly talk about random stuff that had nothing to do with the game.

Your ban was fair and it's also short.

 

Hello Queen, you were banned by me for Micspam, Repeatedly. I will go ahead and tag @Aco Taco and @Sir Lemoncakes who were there with me.

You repeatedly kept openly yelling and complaining in the mic after being gagged by Aco, Twice, who complaining we should know you have a bi polar disorder. Despite us asking you repeatedly to relax and calm down. To the point you even complained in admin chat you have fake nails and could not type and we should ungag you.

You need a timeout and relax. This ban is only for a couple of hours.

I will give you some time to reply or to justify your reasoning. I did gag and warn the other users who were sexually harassing you, as well as Lemoncakes who was there to help direct us as the server was overwhelmingly being a troll fest. You would not calm down to allow us to do our jobs, thus got yourself in trouble because you would not stop for a few seconds.

Let's get to the appeal shall we? I gagged you the first time for using an offensive slur, as soon as you were gagged you went off on me telling me how it is a "shit reason" to gag someone. I warned you and ungagged you. You then said it again, I gagged you for a whole round and them immediately went to admin chat. You were saying "UNGAG ME I HAVE LONG NAILS I CAN'T TYPE" . At the end of the round when I ungagged you, you then immediately starting yelling at me again and calling us "shit admins". I told you several times you aren't allowed to use offensive slurs. You verbally and non-verbally attacked me telling me that it's a "shit reason" to gag and called us bad staff members. It's only a 8 hour ban, you can wait.

You can still play on any of our 5 other servers in the time being, so feel free to do so.

Nobody asked me to relax, nor calm down. If they did, I responded that I was calm, which I was. This ban is not a couple of hours, this ban is EIGHT FUCKING HOURS THAT IS LIKE OVER NIGHT. SERIOUSLY. Anyhow, yeah I have it, but if you're banning me over my bitchy personality then that's literally fucked like sorry if you don't like who I am, not everyone will. I don't need any time out, I'm not a kid, I was having a great time all day until I said the word "FAGGOT" AND GOT BANNED FOR IT.

I wasn't yelling at all, I was complaining because I wanted JUSTIFIED reasons as to why I was gagged. I do have fake nails, if you want a pic of them just tell me cause it literally takes so long for me to type everything.

He was harassing me, actually. He had talked about his 7 inch on a previous map, about how it was as small as a carrot. I went on and said "same" then he went on talking about it. That's not a story, at all. I was not given any warnings from what I could tell, I was only GAGGED REPEATEDLY. That is NOT a warning.

Unban, I'm a big girl, can handle myself, I don't know what your problem is with me responding to the gag but omg i'll NEVER RESPOND TO ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS EVER AGAIN.

If I can't ask to be ungagged because of a reason I thought was unfair for me to be gagged for, then LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, actually.
I didn't attack you at all, I'm allowed to give my opinion about whatever I want, and if you think that me saying it's a shit reason is a fucking reason for me to get banned then LOOOOL again. I'll NEVER state my opinion again.

You had told me to stop maybe ONCE before each gag, not numerous times, nice try tho.

 

The one talking about a Carrot Penis was told to stop in PM's by me, as well as I gagged warned grumble, and alpha dog, who were also being sexually harassing towards you before I hopped servers then Aco took over briefly and things took a turn for the worse.

This appeal is denied. You can relax for a couple of hours and come back. If any other admin or Sir Lemons feel I had unjustly banned you, then they may overwrite it.

The ban is only 8 hours, you can feel free to play on one of our other 5 servers. If you feel you are being harassed tell the mods on at the time instead of arguing and making more of a scene then necessary. @Aco Taco and my mod @U.B.C.S. Ravin had reasons to gag you in the first place. Like I said, your ban is only local, meaning you still can play on West, West 2, East, Vanilla, or Low Population. Or you can wait out the 8 hour ban.
