More Detailed Rules

    For further rule breaking and rdm reports, I present this idea. I would really enjoy a betterly ruled !motd somewhere on the website. This would be a big help since I cannot argue with people who do not use basic logic. Also, any serious Q&A questions commonly asked should go on here regarding rules or server tradition. This would be a great help to us who try to reinforce the Serious rules.
