Evidence of Innocence:

I was playing on West 2 or East 2, i was afking over the night, and i was being slayn from crossing servers since i rdmed 1 man then i hopped after a round or 2, then i told The Seventh i was going afk after that round i was being slayn on, so then i was moved to spectator as the round i was being slayn on, and i do not know why i was golbilized by FrostBlade until Today, at 4:03Pm. Please state why i was ban, what was the 4+ rdm i did and when​

One more thing i forgot to add, in the serious ttt ban section there is no reason i was ban for, and here is evidence of that (i took a screen clipping)

It was requested by a Phoenix that I hop to the server that he was playing on to take a look at the report that he filed against you (seen above). You can clearly see here that you had reported him for RDM the previous round, but no staff was online to take care of it, so you took matters into your own hands and issued 'street justice' on Phoenix (Revenge RDM). Normally, you would have just been slain once and that would have been the end of that. However, shortly after I connected to review the report and issue a slay (when I say shortly, I mean within 5 seconds of me connecting to the server), you hopped to another server.

The red arrow indicates when I tried issuing the slay onto you, but since I had literally JUST connected, my client was still loading all of the data and it told me that you had immunity. When I went to try and issue a slay a second time, *poof* you were gone. Keep in mind that this all happened in under 10 seconds.

To me, this was really indicative of an attempt to evade a slay. As soon as I joined the server, you noticed and quickly left. I know that you weren't hopping to 'AFK for the rest of the night' because you played the first couple of rounds on Clue with The Seventh before I asked him to issue a slay onto you. After taking a look at your Adminstats, I realized that it wasn't a far leap to assume that you did indeed try and evade a slay. You can see from the link that you have quite the colorful history on our servers. I asked one of our Lead Admin's permission (@Slicck ) to go ahead an Globalize a 16 week ban for you.

Yes i do (sorry i was afk for a sec)

First off. I did rdm a player, and i had apologized for that and i know i was going to be slayn when i joined the next server.
Secondly. I hopped servers because i liked the other map better then the current map (CamelFix)
thirdly. I did not know my actions would be taken into me evading a slay. I always thought evading a slay is when you leave the server before they have a chance to get your steam id.
Fourth. I knew i was going to be slayn, i accepted my slay from The Seventh thinking my day would be done, i would go afk, i would be slayn and the day would be over
Fifth. I did not know you had connected to the server AS soon as i left, i jumped as i said, "I liked the other map"
Sixth. If i am responsible, i did not mean to try and evade the slay, if i ment to evade the slay i would of just left the server and never got back on

I know i am responsible for this rdm on Pheonix, i am truly sorry, if anything i will accept this if this is not acceptable
I am happy to be able to play on this server and be apart of your community

I did not know it would look like i was trying to evade
I thought i was being slayn by The Seventh
I did rdm, and i thought i was being slayn, and the right thing would be done ^
I did not know this action would disable me from this server for over 112 days

 

Appeal approved. The ban will also be voided.
