Why you should be unbanned:

To begin, I was banned for Mass RDM (4+) via Indirect KoS.

I believe the ban was unjust because I asked all of my T buddies if it was okay to tell the guy he was the last innocent. Every single one said it was alright and nobody objected. I, as well as 3 others, got killed, but the traitors still won the round. Afterward, all my T buddies said that it was fun and took no offence.

I explained all this to @Hirari, who proceeded to ban me anyway. I even asked the people who were "RDM'd" and they said that they thought no punishment was needed. I was banned in the middle of the conversation.

Think of it this way. If someone calls a false KoS, it's traitorous. But apparently THIS KoS is bannable. This doesn't make sense and justifies why I should be unbanned.

East is the only server I play on, mainly because it is actually populated and is the lowest ping.​

Evidence of Innocence:

None, had no time to take screens before I was banned.​

 

I was one of his T-buddies. I don't know if he asked as I was dead, but I believe he did since in T-chat ShadowStorm said yes. Moving on now, the Traitors LOST that round as Popsicle went on to kill all the traitors. If Proviancy hadn't said anything, we would have won. There has already been a report for something like this. This appeal will most likely get denied.

Every person's death you caused because of the indirect kos is your fault if you tell the last inno he is the last inno.

Sounds like a contradiction there too. How would they have been offended if you asked them all individually?

It doesn't quite work like that. It would be considered rdm because not ALL of your T-buddies said it would be alright. But I won't backseat moderate. Let's see what Hirari and other mods have to say.

Good afternoon. You were banned for the reason you stated, telling an Innocent that he was in fact the last Innocent, confirming the rest of the living users, your T buddies, to be Traitors. This would be putting an indirect KoS on all of your T buddies, and as such you are responsible for their deaths. Since there were four of them that were affected by this, you were banned for Mass RDM.

Something I'd like to add. If someone says "It's okay, shoot me" on our servers, it is still RDM to kill them. If someone is agreeing with you saying "It's okay, KoS me", it's practically the same case. You're still responsible for the actions you took and you will receive the proper punishment for them. That said, your appeal is denied, and this thread is locked. While your ban is active, you are free to use any of our other five servers, and please be sure that what you do in the future does not violate any rules that are in place. Thank you, and good day.

EDIT: Since there is some controversy on the subject I will tag @TheCoCoFTW to review this appeal and my verdict.

 

It would appear that I'd been taught to handle that situation incorrectly. Odd as I find this to be, I will be keeping it in mind for the future, and I will be changing my verdict. Your appeal is approved, However.

Even with the approval of your T buddies to do so, claiming that a person is the last Innocent can result in confusion and I would advise you to refrain from doing so in the future. Good day.
