Anyone here play? I'm a little into modern, I've got a decent Soul Sisters deck I play religiously. DTK is cool. Rise of the Eldrazi is my all-time favorite set. Like, I'm obsessed. Happy Planeswalking!
I used to play a lot (Bunch of standard), but I just couldn't justify dropping 600-700$ on new decks every time the standard meta-game changed with the release of new sets. Only really play EDH (Trostani Tokens!) very rarely, and I have my modern deck that I haven't touched in like, 2 years (Felidar Sovereign deck. Fun times.) and I go to pre-release events with work colleagues
I don't play much standard because I don't do much FNM. I have a full Spirit creature/token swarm EDH deck. (Cause ya know. 100 6/6 Spirit tokens with flying and then playing overrun on top of that just makes you SO happy) And I play an Azorius control from Dragon's maze, RTR, and Maze's end block (I will detain everything you love) My highschool actually made an MTG group because of a lot of people in my school including teachers play MTG.
You guys realized we can play magic through skype... Correct? I've done it with my cousins from california and with some friends.
