Is there any way possible to install a betting program so that spectators can bet however much money on which team is gonna win?

Hey look, my thread is one of those. And yes, it's very possible for the owner to install a betting system into the servers. Would he? Well if there's enough demand of it from the community then yes. For now it's a no. Question = Answered
based on my personal experience and my opinion, I have seen the system before, it was very active for the first few days of the installation. Few days after, it's dead, ignored and left aside. Generally, it's useless and easy to abuse.
