I've been apart of 10 TTT communities and I have to say this server's community is my favourite out of all of them. I was gonna list of what I loved about this server's community but instead I just wanna make a thread asking you guys of what you love about this community. Mine is: I love the fact the staff are actually given requirements and are reprehended for if not met or they refuse to follow.
shocked this hasnt been done already lol, there is so much to like honestly... I like the in-game shop and i like majority of the map rotations. Staff are amazing and even the ones who arent as much still abide by the rules so not like thats even an issue.

The reason I have been able to stick around for so long has been solely the community itself. Our servers provide the best game experience TTT can offer and all that, yeah certainly, but I am here more for the community; you guys are the reason we do what we do, and we are glad to have all of you with us.
I mainly like the community. To be honest, sometimes the game isn't even why I launch GMod, it's just to mess around with people. I love all the little skits that we do! I was only on one community before this. I was banned unfairly without given the chance to appeal despite sending multiple messages that I couldn't post on their forums and wanted to appeal. I was told to just wait out my ban because it took them almost a week just to respond to me and there was only a day left on the ban at that point. That's when I came here with a better forum, better staff, better player base, better rules, better enforcement. This is a rare gem in a game full of abusive mods who spawn themselves in, no clip, give themselves special weapons, make their friends T, etc. SeriousTTT4lyfe
Looking at other ttt servers you can see why this one stands out. One server I played on I ended up with a permaban because I knifed my T buddy who happened to be the owner. Another I RDMed an admin and he respawned himself, !froze me, and had a darkRP style admin sit to interrupt the game (yeah I used to be a bit of an RDMer before I got here). Lucky for me I found a server where abuse is actually punished and the rules make some sort of sense, which led me to stop trolling.
Not gonna lie, the first time I joined this server, I was new to ttt and was kinda taken aback to how strict the rules were on here. After some time though, I found the staff were very friendly and the good ones wouldn't hold themselves above the general public. The top 3 things that keep me coming back would have to be: 1. The well structured and organized nature of basically everything about the community. 2. The friends that are still around here from when I started, and the new friends I'm making now. 3. The ability to mess around and have fun with different gameplay styles, while still playing within the rules.
There are a lot of reasons for me personally. The List in order(A lot of things have already been said but y'know.) 1. The community, simple as that. Without the playerbase I wouldn't still be here. 2. The staff, part of the community who keep everyone in check and are serious about it. There are rules about staff that are followed and they don't just do whatever they want. 3. The rules and how they are meant to be followed. People are actually punished even for the small things, the rules are strict enough to make it hard for trolls to get away with things but still let people play the game and have fun. 4. You can always expect to be able to play and not sit around trying to get into a server for a long period of time with no results. 5. Pointshop is nice, lottery is fun, the perks for donating are really well done. 6. Fun place to be overall, it just is! As a side note, I've been apart of 3 other TTT communities two of which I've spent probably around 500-600 hours on. I would say STTT is about three times as enjoyable in comparison to those.
I like how we have to wait 2 weeks+ just to get a new admin @Slicck (Just Kidding) I love how simplistic, yet customized, the servers are. They're aren't so modified that you can't even tell what's going on and it's not pure vanilla. It's fun.
Sorry but its pretty hard to replace @TheCoCoFTW. Plus we are @Slicck mods, cant have just anyone watching over us.
I like/liked being apart of the amazing staff team here. Getting to know some of the other staff members and becoming great friends with them. Being able to lead a team of my own. Those things make STTT a great place for me. Not to mention the community here.. its like a giant family.
What I like is that Staff need to act professional and have requirements to maintain their position. Great (by great I mean it sucks less) Community compared to other ttt servers. Strict Rules where staff cant get away with their abusive actions. People who make the game FUN.
