Why you should be unbanned:

I have no idea why I'm even banned in the first place, I just woke up to discover the ban, apparently it was for RDM and leave 2nd offense, I don't recall RDMing much at all last night, let alone leaving, I was playing TTT with a good friend of mine, and we were hopping servers around in order to play the maps we enjoyed, so maybe I left that server by accident, but I have no clue, I was banned by irritatingness the time was 11:27PM, not sure what time zone the server is in but I'm in mountain time and I went to bed at about 10:30 mountain time, so maybe it was right as I went to bed, and when I did go to bed I always hop to the least populated server so that I don't hurt peoples TTT experience. So maybe at worst I commited 1 act of RDM on the round I played, and then hopped servers since I was going to bed, but I want it to be known this was NEVER meant to be RDM and leave, if I was going to be slain next round I would have stayed on the server just to accept the slay. The fact is I've played on these servers for over a week now, purchased VIP+, served 2 5 day bans, I think it's pretty clear I understand how the bans and rules work, and I wouldn't do something as stupid as RDM 1 person and leave the server, all it does is take my VIP+ donation and throw it down the drain of being useful since I'm now banned on that server. So yea, kind of a weird scenario, but I feel as though it was a misunderstanding and when the mod actually got to the report, probably saw I had already left the server to another server before he could do a slay next round, and for that reason I should be unbanned.​

Evidence of Innocence:

All I can say is that I went to bed about that time, don't really have proof of that though, but I bet you could check the logs on the other servers, because I wouldnt have been talking in game, or even playing the rounds, which means I was not at my computer, and if I was just some blatant rdmer, I would have started rdming on the next server I got to. So the logs can prove my innocence here, not sure who has access to them though.​

Well theres no way to add any input afterwords, what if I found out new information after the thread was closed. I guess I'd have to try to find someone on teamspeak, a 14 day ban for me isn't something that I'll just be fine with accepting when it wasn't something I was even on the server to witness, like I said I'm not someone whos just going server to server RDMing everyone, I'm a community member now who made a mistake, something I've seen plenty of ban appeals accepted for.

Hello @Xproplayer and thank you for taking the time to make an appeal.

Now, the story from what I saw in the report, damage logs, and further discussion with the player you RDM'd, is that you killed a player for having pushed you into the teleporter inside the barn on 67th way. I'd like to point out that pushing a player into those teleporters is not a traitorous act, as it does not in any way put you in harms way. Pushing players is discussed in further in the extended rules thread under general discussion.

From here, I decided you required a slay, and proceeded to attempt such only to find that you had already left. Mind you, I handled this report relatively fast after it came in. I then waited the grace period of one round for you to come back, and issued the ban. However, it is quite obvious you had no idea what you did was wrong, and for this reason, if you are willing to serve the slay, the ban will be lifted, but not voided. This means that if you RDM and leave again, that will count as your third offense and be four weeks in duration. I have sent a friend request on steam so we can discuss a time to serve this slay.
