I simply said "I fucking announced it didn't you hear?" and a few hours later I am banned for ghosting.

Now this can be seen a few ways. I messaged this player asking a question. Notice the questionmark in chat. I did not mean for it to be considered ghosting.

RULE: Using third party chat to inform player of in-game events they are not yet aware of. IS considered ghosting.

So you can say I used PM to message a player a question. I stated no name.

I was watching the T who killed me. His name was WrestlerJit he was walking underground, he sees kwasaznik (the player who reported me for ghosting and took the screenshot) Wrestler shoots kwasaznik and then runs off. Kwasaznik in chat says "WrestlerJit is a Traitor" (look in the screenshot) kwasaznik is now aware that he is a T and I sent a message to him after that.


So as you can see not ghosting when kwasaznik was aware that WrestlerJit was a traitor when he said it in chat himself, and how I was simply asking if he heard me or saw my KOS in chat.
I hope the Admins really look at my report and see the proof in plain sight on how I did not break the ghosting rule.




Now I was also banned for Mass RDM. The situation here is that me and 3 other players were on a tower together. I throw a discombobulator (I was trying to throw it off the tower into the ocean) and it instead hits this imaginary forcefield and bounces back onto the tower with all of us on top. The discombobulator explodes knocking all three of them off the tower and killing them. I was facepalming my hand through my head when this happened. I messaged the two mods that were online telling them to slay me because I just RDMed 3 people. Soon after this is when I get banned for ghosting and mass rdm 3.

Funny how the proof of ghosting is also the proof of innocence. Someone should really look at it next time before making rash decisions.

I was the one that got you banned for the ghosting part. I called a kos on WrestlingJit because he shot at me. He could have been an rdmer, but when you said "I fucking announced it didn't you hear it" I was interested to see if he was a traitor or not. If he was a traitor that proofed that you were ghosting, if not then WrestlingJit would be slain for rdm. Instead he was traitor thus proofing that you Informed me of in-game events that I was not aware of.

If WrestlingJit was the person Ultra called out then this is not ghosting. Had Ultra said "did you hear my kos on him?" prior to you calling him out, then it would be a different story.

Not when you said in chat he was a traitor. You were aware of this already.

 

If I am reading this correctly, this should not have been a ban for Ghosting. On the topic of Mass RDM, that is completely unexcused. Accidental RDM is still RDM, and you had no real purpose of throwing the discombobulator. This action got 3 people killed. However, we will wait on Azure's response, and we will continue from there. Thank you for your patience!

 

As per a conversation with @Slicck, this is not a Ghosting offense and I will void it from your record.

The conformation I had gotten from an admin is what led me to ban you for this offense.
(@Azure had confirmed that this was Ghosting in shoutbox and I was merely the person on Vanilla carrying out the ban. )

However, you had still thrown a discombobulator which killed 3 people, and damaged another. Making it a Mass RDM (4) offense.

I will be reducing your ban to the amount of 5 days.
