Gucci, and Master are the people involved.

I hate doing this again, however it needs to be done. The whole situation was solved with a simple slay from a lead admin. The Entire Situation is besides the point. Master was at the moment it happened the only staff on. He read the report however decided that it was rdm, which was then later reversed by a lead admin. After Master made the decision and before the lead admin took care of it I asked multiple time for me to be told why he was not slain. I come to suspect that Master was being biased with his decision making and can prove it. He basically didn't slay him then told him to leave. And even now he will not tell me why he never did what was needed to be done.


The Screen Shots below are proof of them talking the him basically telling Gucci to leave before slay. Which if I can read should be a ban. But he Came back to take slay. Also this is me asking for a reason or response.

As i told you in shoutbox i had not seen your messages and had later explained it in regular chat i had discussed with gucci and he said he killed for shoot, no? those pictures are as well only you asking me... i had told you he said upon further investigation that he killed you for shooting now while you said you where shooting at water he killed you for shooting towards who knows what, I do not pick favorites and i am also not biased. if i felt he needed slain he would have been.. I told you i was busy and i had not seen any of your pms i would have responded with pleasure had i seen them but i had not because it was a busy night on vanilla..

 

The image above is the report @Zachpfann filed against @Da names Gucci, in which Gucci states a player does not have to know where a player is shooting for it to be considering traitorous; meaning shooting the sky or a body of water no where near players is a traitorous act. This is incorrect, the only time shooting is traitorous is when it is towards players. Zach was shooting a body of water and again, Gucci reiterates the fact that it is "still shooting nonetheless". Only after joining vanilla and Zach having to confront me about this specific report was Gucci slain. It should not have taken that long.

It was witnessed in the shout box that you even saw me say it in there. The last two screen shots where after you realized me in the shout box. Why did you tell him to leave? It didn't seem to hard for someone else to realize what the right answer was he said "shooting is kosable and that why I did it". And you even agreed.

 

once again zach.. i will say i was busy i was dealing with reports and had actually killed myself when i could have been playing i at one moment had to go afk to gargle salt water because of my throat i dont purposely ignore your questions i had not seen them being busy with more than 3 waiting reports at a time i was distracted and dealing with reports..

 

I don't want to make this an argument. But to this moment I still have no answer of why he was told to leave without a slay when clearly it was rdm. What was hard about realize that he simply just killed me because I was shooting. I understand you busy why I waited and asked throughout a span or at least 7 rounds. You even acknowledged me in shout box, however you were so called "busy with reports". I know I'm an asshole but come on.

 

after i talked to gucci he was saying you were shooting in a general direction although it wasnt said in report you two were arguing about what it meant you say water he says towards people.. i cant make a verdict on something i dont have evidence on all i have are shoot logs that say who shot and when. i had to deem it WvW although i was never able to mention it to sinz i came to this verdict for a reason and if i made a mistake i would gladly take any punishment that is needed... once again you two did have an arguement

 

Based off of the simple response in the report, it looks like it would be an easily dealt slay. As @Sinz stated, I was there when Gucci returned and the conversation continued.
Whether there was an argument or not, based off of response alone, it sounds like RDM, but that is why Sinz came on the server.

 

It seems like the actual RDM in question has been resolved and the only question is about how Master handled the situation. I think the appropriate thing to do here is to allow his admin @The Law give his verdict on this report and act accordingly.

 

I did get on after I got off by ASKING if I could leave which you did not include of your screen shots with the message "Master failure am I able to leave without being punished or banned" as I usually do, so we could put a cop on Master told me to leave. As well, I was not clear in my report and I apologize for that but next time when I told you the reason I killed you responded by calling me retarded and you should die. This wa around 8:40, minutes before I left after I killed myself in gaming saying "Master-". As well as, I was slain problem resolved why report when I was slain. @Sinz the round was round 6, 4 rounds before map change at 8:30-8:45. I am at school and if and when see it I will respond if you have any further questions. @Zack Pfann sorry for my rdm on you it has been one of my first one in weeks besides on on Guilty and I am sorry for your inconvienence.

 

@Da names Gucci Many things I could say or show to prove half of the things you just stated were false. However I will just say the report is on master not you.

The screen shots I took contain every message from the point of me asking why you were not slain to you leaving. In no way in the chat do you ask to leave its seems as if you are just told to leave. Yes I did call you a retard due to the fact I said that I was not t baiting then you said "Shooting period is rdmable." That is why. You should not state false rules. Master even heard that if he actually chooses to tell truth that's on him. I know master heard it cause I said "is that true master, because im 97% sure kos is only if t baiting not if you shoot." then master said "depends" in chat. It is clear as day in screen shots, he says "go Gucci" then you leave. As I said before your issue was resolved, so I don't understand why you continue to argue irrefutable proof with lies that can never be proven.

 

This report has been found valid, Master did not handle this situation with the level of professionalism expected of him. Reports may have been strenuous, and there may have been some time being AFK, but either way the chat should always be scrolled up to check for missed messages after dealing with reports or coming back from being AFK. While I can understand missing a couple pm messages, -as they tend to blend in with the chat- there really is no excuse to miss 3+ adminchat messages requesting an explanation for his report going unpunished.
As for the report itself, mistakes were made, and Gucci should have been slain based off his initial invalid response to the RDM report. There are situations we would allow further explanation of the given response, such as the initial response being too vague, but it is typically uncommon for the staff member handling the report to allow a change in the accused's response to avoid a slay. Similarly with Gucci, his change in response would not permit a change in punishment, and his original response would be the response used to determine the validity of the report.
@Master Failure will be reprimanded for his mistake, as well as his improper handling of the situation. Thank you for the report.
