It's not specific enough. I tried dragging the file into the URL text box, but nothing happens. I tried to drag into the message box too, it says Upload are not available. Do I need to do something else?

 

You have to copy and paste the URL of the image. (.jpg .png .gif)

 

Is this supposed to come from an online location?

 

I upload mine to imgur.com, then I open 2 windows, one with the image, and one with the website up, then I just drag the image into the text box.

Here I want a big sig with pink and blue and say at the bottom "Nobody Messes with the Fluffy" with Princess Fluffy on the center in big. Kinda like the Laws but replace the green and blue with my colors and with the little letters saying The typing above then do Princess Fluffy for the name plz and thanks bb.
