i am always being blamed for something i didn't do i actually want more staff members to justify this . like how i got blamed for ghosting by han solo

He didn't mean it and said that he was joking before he left, and several people confirmed you weren't ghosting such as me and Polt. Finally, it's nighttime for most mods, since they all live in america. We have English mods / Night mods, it's just that they are significantly less than regular mods. Hi Cookies. New staff are always being considered, and new staff are always being excepted (take me, master failure, TheCoCoFTW, and beutifulbutterfly, for example, as we have all been excepted as staff members this month) Currently I would not say that it has to do with not having enough staff, but instead has to do with the fact that this problem you were having was at about 5am Pacific time. Which, is incredibly early, and yes, most staff are sleeping at that time. The people who get up that early are usually going to work/school, and are busy as well (of course different time zones are a thing, but I'm using my own time zone for example). I personally am one of the exceptions to this, as I have a terrible sleep schedule. I was on at this time, but didn't feel like staffing (Can't blame me, really. We don't all want to staff all the time). Even so, I went on the server, which you had left from by that time, and banned one of the players who had been causing problems for you, and others. We do try our best to spread staff members out evenly so that all players can have an enjoyable experience where any rule breakers will be dealt with, but you need to keep in mind that a lot of staff members are also in school, have jobs, have social lives, and simply don't always want to staff a server (that doesn't mean they're neglecting their duties, just means that they have other things to do, which is completely fine as long as they get their hours in at the end of the week). If you're having an unenjoyable experience and being RDM'd or harassed by players, you can always help us help you by grabbing the time, map, round, damage logs (by typing ttt_print_damagelog into the console at the end of the round), as well as screenshots of any harassment/ghosting, or demos. Asking for staff in the shoutbox is also a good idea, which you did, and I came. Hope that helps ease your mind and give you some ideas of what to do in such situations. We're always keen on helping, but also keen on getting a good night's sleep.
Don't really understand what you're getting at, and he was saying how nighttime is desolate of moderators which has and is an issue. And yes, we all have our priorities but I think we should keep in mind that we have a team of night staff for a reason. So basically, we aren't going to assign which hours of which day for a moderator to staff. For example, we aren't going to force James Morales to staff 2 am to 5 am every monday and tuesday, it's just impractical. But, I do hope admins keep up on their night moderators to make sure their primary time staffing is within the night frame of hours. I was on a night team and asked to transfer to a day team to clear up another spot because I wasn't able to perform the nightly requirements any longer, for an example.
