Why you should be unbanned:

I think I should be unbanned because I was, in fact, NOT ghosting (or at least I consider that the case). I understand that bans and kicks come at the admins and moderators discretion, so that means that the ban or kick is based on opinion. I remember private messaging someone in game (I cannot remember who I messaged) saying that Ebola (I think that was his name) was a traitor. After sending this message, I promptly sent that I was just kidding. Your server defines ghosting, and I do not believe that I was ghosting. Ebola was not a traitor, so my claim was false. I said just kidding, so well, that means I was kidding. And plus, what would give me credablitiy as to say who is and who is not a traitor?​

I'd like to add that Ghosting is a very serious offense and that it is taken extremely serious. In this screenshot, you told husky that you were kosed because of a smoke grenade, making it a false kos, while you were dead and he was alive. I define this as ghosting because of the fact that Husky never even knew about these in game events happening or conspiring, until you private messaged him about this. Why did you even tell him about this anyways?

 

Oh, now I remember!!! Husky was acting like a moderator, which really made everyone mad. He was in the room when it happened. I don't know who I was killing by, but Husky was in the room when I was killed. I wanted to tell him that my death was not a traitorous act, so whoever killed me deserved to be killed.

I was walking around early round (the message was sent mid - late round) when I heard a player who we will call Tiger for short, cannot remember the full name off the top of my head, admitted to committing a traitorous act. With this information in my head I planned to kill him anyways and go about my day with one less traitor to deal with when he was in a situation with you which involved throwing a grenade. I had no idea what this was about and since he Ided the body I assumed that you were killed for this. In no way did Tiger call a KOS on you in text chat or voice chat so I had no knowledge of what you had done. When you messaged me these things I kept telling you to stop and you continued to do these things. After I said to stop you messaged me that you were letting me know a troll called a false KOS for a smoke.Moments later I killed him (not for the grenade but for admitting to the traitorous act and he was in fact a traitor.) That was new information and is defined as ghosting and ghosting is a very serious offense. After the round ended I told you that ghosting was a very serious offense and sometimes can lead to a global ban. You didn't take this very well as you harassed me and this resulted in you and another player conspiring to RDM me every single round. Now while you did not RDM me but killed me when you got T, Tiger did. I honestly would deny the appeal, but sadly that is not my decision. The moderator, @Alpha Wolfy was the one who banned you and will decide your fate. Thanks for playing our servers.

Even if Husky was acting in a modly like statue, you aren't suppose to tell him stuff like this that can lead to accidental ghosting.

 

Acting like a moderator? It's called I didn't want to see you get banned? You seemed to be very upset about myself giving you common sense not to get yourself a possible global ban for 28 days.

 

Yes, please. I would like to state just a few things. First, Serious TTT servers are the best. Secondly, it is very apparent that my discretion and judgment is very, and I mean VERY, different than a couple of admins, because everytime I take the rules literally, someone comes along to say that I misunderstand the rules. Thirdly, I guess I can go play on East 2 or something else.

 

You were acting like a moderator in game, and you were making everyone mad. That is why EVERYONE wanted to kill you. You said that I conspired to kill you? What? Says who? I was a traitor that round anyways, so killing you is my job.

 

I have came to the conclusion to deny this appeal.
For the rest of the time you are banned on Vanilla, You may play on the regular servers.
If any staff members have any problems with this appeal ( or Husky or you), Message me on the forums.
