I don't fully understand why the servers don't have AFK auto kick. People say to point farm, but if that's the reason why do we have a low point give out? I asked a staff member before why we had a low point out put compared to others. They said so it balances the system so no one has a huge advantage over others. That isn't the case. People just afk, and get points instead of others who actually play the game and accumulate points the way you should.

AFKs are automatically kicked to a available server once it reaches 36/36.

If all servers are full (36/36) the AFK players are kicked from the server all together.

I know but the main part is point farming. It ruins what some call the "Point Market". Isn't the point of having such low point give out is to make people come back to play and get upgrades, and to keep the playing level even?

AFK point farming doesn't ruin the point market, because it's no different from them actually playing and getting the points. The current system was designed with that in mind and it is why things in the point shop cost the way they do.

Don't get me wrong, I see where you're coming from, but removing AFKs from the server would be a large change in the way the game is played and it's currently not something that's needed. If servers get full, they get kicked. One of the positives of our server is that there is no auto kick so players can farm.

I don't see why it's an issue for you. I've personally never AFK'd on the server, but If you can't beat them, join them.

I don't want to say this, but this has been suggested before.

I got lazy so there is no way I'm going to dig those up.

I believe what he's indirectly suggesting is that we should increase the point-give out to players who are actually playing and lower it to spectators AKA AFKs.

Yea. That would be perfect. Its just only fair that if you play you gain more rather then ill just afk and gain points.

That benefit is already given in the form of fun rounds. AFKs cannot participate in fun rounds so they can't earn as many points as people playing on the servers normally.

The amounts are so miniscule even if you win.

But the point is that active players still get a chance to get more points than players who are AFK. Even if the difference is miniscule, if you add up the amount of times they come up and getting at least one successful kill, then the benefits will begin to rack up.

Unless you're talking about special events (like right now for Christmas), good luck seeing any fun rounds.

If you're good you can get up to 300-400 points in a fun round. That's 60-80 minutes of point farming in <3 minutes. Even if you only get 1 kill, it's still 4 minutes of point farming plus what you get for just being on the server.

There are on average 1 fun round per 2 map rotations. if you're average, you'll get about 100 points. Map rotations last on average 30 minutes. So in 60 minutes you average 100 more points than an AFK, who would only earn about 300 points (300pt / hr is how much our server gives). The jump to 400 points is a 33.3% increase just by not being AFK. I think our current system is fine.

Sure, you have a theoretical chance of earning an average of 100 points /hr. However, in all honesty, there are only about 4-6 skilled players per server. What about the rest 28-30 players? I myself sometimes die the first thing in the round. We all have those rounds.
