Invalid Report against Toxin

So basically 2 people filed reports against me for "RDM" when I had "kill" tags assigned to them(via tab) earlier in the round, because I did not want to forget they were traitors. I forgot to call them out because all this shit was going on and I had no time to type.

Report 1: I claimed that he walked past an unidentified body earlier in the round, in which I did not see who's body it was(was far away).

Report 2: I claimed he had a MP7 earlier in the round.


Toxin told me he's slaying me because he can use "discretion", but all he's doing is making assumptions that i was lying.

I would like to remind you that he has absolutley no evidence that I was lying, therefore he made an unfair and bias decision to slay me.​

 

I joined the server, East 1 just as the round was about to end. You were in the basement section of Whitehouse just having a good time, when you suddenly saw a player and killed him.
He was a traitor.
Then you proceeded to look down the hallway, the one which leads to the elevator going back up, and saw another player.
You killed him as well.
Both players reported you, here are the reports.

For the second report, I gave you the benefit of the doubt, since this player did buy an MP7. But what strikes me as odd is when you chose to kill them.
You add "earlier into the round" to drive attention away from what happened at the moment, so that it could be deemed as a valid kill. The unided body is a different situation, because it could have been ided shortly after he passed by it (whenever you claim it was). Also this little comment you made towards another player (notice that I add his comment too to refrain from making it one-sided)

Just because a player harasses/ insults you, doesn't mean its okay to insult them back. Be the better person, notify a staff member if you are being harassed instead of attacking the player as well.

I also took a look into your adminstats and noticed quite a few interesting notes...

I will also be tagging both @forcie and @Steven | SF as they had recently played with you as well, along with my Lead Admin @Event Horizon.

 

All I can add is that in my opinion he is a very troublesome player who constantly tries to get away with trolling. He knows the rules and he will call you out on them.
He also knows how to evade punishment and has become somewhat of a master in this sacred art.

 

I've also had the same experiences with this player; even as far back as when I was staff.

 

In many cases I have seen the reporting player to be loophole trolling and making the smallest of excuses to kill a player with that said I have nothing else to add to the report.

 

You have quite the history of trying to loophole your way out of slays and get away with RDM, which makes your word unreliable. Due to your prior history, Toxin used discretion to slay you for your actions, and in this context it was appropriate of him to do so. In any normal circumstance we would accept these reasons and deem them words vs words, but your history of lying has caught up to you; which has handed you a label of "loophole troll", preventing you from being trusted. I suggest you clean up your reputation in this community, otherwise you can expect harsher penalties in the future. This report has been found INVALID.
