Funny RDM reports (public)

Sometimes us staff members receive hilarious reports on the servers. This thread is for staff members to post reports that made them laugh. In order to post a report here, you must make sure the names are not visible in the report.

(Disclaimer: RDM reports are to be handled in a serious manner. Please remember to take them seriously, and respond/file them in a serious manner. This is in no way a contest to see who can file the funniest reports. Thank you.)
