Reason For Report:

I posted a ban appeal as I had been banned for 182 days for RDM and Leave. I asked why I was banned that long, even though the statute of limitations was over on my previous bans. He was quoted as saying, "..., I decided to bypass the Statute of Limitations and ban you accordingly; as you have not learned you lesson." Clearly, he ignored a rule and he decided to ban me for a period of time than should have been allowed. I would like my sentence reduced, and I want him punished for ignoring rules.​

What @Disruptionz did is an example of admin discretion, something only administrators or above can access. If you read the MOTD, there is a small print that says "punishments are subject to change under an admin's discretion". That's precisely what Disruptionz used to justify your punishment.

Considering he is an administrator, he has the rights to bypass the statute of limitations. Therefore, your punishment is justified. Disruptionz will respond at his earliest convenience.

 

well personally I worked hard to not get banned and I haven't rdmed and left for 3 months now. I still think the punishment should be lowered. I would take a week or two at least

 

I suggest talking with him over a PM on the forums or adding him on Steam and having a chat with him for that kind of scenario of you have a problem with his verdict.

Reporting him on the forums for using his discretion doesn't really help your case.

Hey, cancel the report. I accepted my slay after disruptionz explained it. I will carry out the sentence and he will not be reported
