Reason For Report:

I had killed Neighsayer for calling a KOS on me for t-baiting, and then he filed a report against me that just said "RDM".
Now I literally don't care about being slain and loosing a round, it's whatever, it happened I can't get it back, but what i'm complaining about is that I've done this exact same situation dozens of times, shot around then killed someone for kosing me,and it's never been considered RDM because it's me reacting to being KOS'd.
It just seems a lot of rules are conflicting with one another or something, would just want to clarify and see who was in the right here, thanks.​

You to admins: Hey, every other time i've done this it wasn't RDM because he kos'd me, and I just responded to myself being Kos'd

forcie to You: you did tbait, which is traitorous. the kos was not false in that remark.

forcie to You: so killing him for the kos, was rdm on itself

forcie to You: I'm going to inform you that if you do this more often, you will receive a lenghty ban for loophole trolling

^I've never heard of this being a thing, but if it is obviously, then it was never enforced before me on killing for being kos'd.​

 

I'd like to Add onto this as I was a witness to it in game.

On a sidenote Forcie Banned me for calling someone out who survived a pointblank Double barrel blast to the chest from less than 3 feet away.

I have banned you for harassment.
You have revenge rdmmed someone (eventhough he did not rdm you in the first place) and left on East. which you have been banned for.
Then you come back online on another server and start insulting multiple times. Which is why I banned you after 3 warnings for harassment.

You were tbaiting the entire time, untill someone called a kos on you. You then proceeded to kill him for calling a 'false kos'.
Seeing you did a traitorous act the kos was not false in itself. So killing the person who kossed you was in my opinion rdm.
You admitted to doing this more often and in my opinion that is a form of loophole trolling. I will tag my admin so he can give his verdict @Taco_Rocket

 

"revenge RDM" Which didn't happen. He RDMed me.

Secondly I didn't harass 3 people. I called one guy an idiot. Openly said "Fucking horse fuckers" and the last one was me calling Angel out. Therefor only 1 MAYBE 2 counts of Harassment.

It has come to my attention my reasoning was completely wrong!
It was a very chaotic server at the time and I made a bad judgement call. My applogies. I will leave it up to @Taco_Rocket to punish me accordingly.

Please understand what you're doing is loophole trolling. A moderator may not be able to do much because of the strict following of the rules but if an admin catches you doing it, you can face a two week ban globally.

Also don't be surprised that if you t bait a player and they end up shooting you in the face because you are committing a traitorous act.

Just remember if you think that you can get away with that with a moderator online, they can ask admins to intervene. It happens faster than you think.
