@Taco_Rocket By getting it from Valve you mean buying cs:s or cs:go, then installing it to get the textures(or did Valve give away the textures to be downloaded away to the public??). I think he posted it for people who don't own them and need the textures to play TTT without the pink and black checkered boxes.
Wait.. s1rcool. You can use cs:go textures on gmod? If so, show me how man.. cs:go textures look so much more awesome than css textures.
@Shady Asian I don't think you can use cs:go textures for GMOD but if you have cs:go installed, you can play gmod without the pink and black checkered boxes.
hmm.. let me check that s1rcool. i'll uninstall css and check if i get errors. Update: So after many hours, I found out that gmod without css is very buggy and cs:go doesn't really help that much. You don't see pink errors but still extremely buggy with guns and weapons overall. When i also had the time, I tried the cs:s textures and they work perfect btw. So thank you for that. note: cs:go doesn't make the game beautiful; not until maps have shaders

I do have css on my alt account. I was just testing around with cs:go so when i had css uninstalled I gave the textures a go. And yeah $10 is a good deal too.
Its for people that dont feel like getting CSS just for textures but i personally have CSS but dont play it
