Some people think staff do nothing.

I wrote a speech about leadership. It isn't expected to be long. Though it can explain/give you the thought of what staff should be seen as.

Do you remember when your mom and dad told you to clean your room, brush your teeth, and go to bed? They’re teaching basic life skills that anyone can use. This is called being a leader. In order to be a leader you need to teach others, help others, and inspire others. Here’s a Quote from John Quincy Adams “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader”

Do you know Martin Luther King Jr? He was a leader in the civil rights movement of The United States of America. He is known for the non-violent ways in which he advance and led the civil rights movement. He fought for racial equality and showed the people a picture of a better future where all men are equal. Courage, determination and the will to fight for what’s right till the very end made him a great leader.

Leadership isn’t something everyone has inside of them; it’s a very difficult thing to earn. It is something that you need to work on every day. You need to focus on growing as a person, learning more, doing more, becoming more and actually doing the work that is required to become a leader that people want to follow; the ideal person that people want to learn from or become.

A lot of qualities leaders have are; they’re reading every single day, they’re listening to daily audios for inspirations, business tips, motivation, and help, they’re doing activities that will put them in a position to be a leader. They’re teaching themselves more so they can teach others more

So if you want to become a successful leader then you’re going to have to do things that others aren’t willing to do.

After reading this you should see and know why staff are staff. They can be a butt because you got slain but they help this community. They put their time into it, but the thing that matters the most is that YOU grow the community.
