Why you should be unbanned:

Because this server is fucking awesome and it's honestly the only one I want to play on​

I'm not innocent I did RDM builder out of revenge because Storm didn't want to slay him for RDMing me and just left. Giruti a nice guy but even when Builder RDMed me again as a detective he did not do anything about it. Only asking to see it from my point of view on the frustration of mods not doing their jobs most likely the fact he's VIP and he deserves salvation even though I get slayed for 1 damage point of accidental stuff, but hey if it's not appealed no harm done, I did break the rules and I'll just find another server.

P.S. Keep more eye on your mods, they have issues​

 

@Giruti and @ShadowStorm will reply at their earliest convenience to give their side of their story.

On a side note, a player's donator rank has no impression on our decisions to ban or slay as staff. In all honesty, there is no time to keep a record of which players are donators and which are not. Likely, @BuilderGaming killed you for a justified reason for which they found your report invalid. Your slay for revenge RDM is valid.

Nah Giruti banned me for good reason and Robokiller has nothing to do with this, Buildergaming is the guy of subject

And to be fair I believe I only RDmed him 3 times, 1 time I was a T but who knows It might've been 4

However, this appeal is denied!

Why you ask? Because you admitted in shoutbox earlier that you killed @BuilderGaming and @Tyrone Niggums purely because of their status. The photo of the shoutbox conversation will be posted along with the logs.

Overall, after much investigation, I feel that you being unbanned will be more harmful to the community than good. Your ban is only local and you still have access to the other 4 servers while you wait for your 5 day ban to expire. I will be tagging my admin @Thorn in case he feels that my decision was unjust.

For now, you will not be unbanned and you will serve your ban to its fullest extent. Have a good day! I hope you understand why I chose not to unban you.

Thank you @Giruti I do not understand why people take it that Donors have a special way of not getting punished. Never the less, continuously RDM the Donor(s) Thank you for getting on my case. Also @batfro I see you'r only banned on East. you can play on the other servers as other mods mention in ban appeals.

EDIT: and before you talk please don't talk out your ass Giruti, I only killed builder and Tyrone has nothing to do with this, and it wasn't based off his VIP status it was because he RDMed and didn't get punished

 

I will say one last thign and then please lock this. But that is a lie. You RDM before I shot you by accident as a D. So therefore, you are lying. You RDM me and other VIP and we never RDM you. They have logs that track alot of damage logs from past map changes
