No the one with his profile pic that say innocent in green.

 

That add-on is a public script that was implemented quite some time ago, and we no longer have a link to it. Your best bet to find it is to do some Googleing or look on FacePunch, as it is bound to be somewhere.

 

Could you give me some search terms because I've tried ttt killer notifier but that's text not that addon

 

Surely if it were a script you could find it somewhere and put it on dropbox or something?

That one is a tad different than ours. Ours does not have the damage taken but I suggested it as an improvement.
