Get rid of the rule where mods can take your weed

Seriously guys, i know i'm not the only one sick of having the mods take away your weed when u was just blazin' up a little. It's bogus! I think if it's not in the !motd then they shouldn't be allowed to keep taking away our weed. GIVE ME BCK MY WEED, and like I know others who feel this way too but i won't name them to protect their identity. @Highwon please fix
