I want to start off by saying there is already a pending report on this staff member, which can be found here: http://www.seriousttt.com/threads/report-against-dark-panther.12736/

That being said, in the midst of the game I was a T on Camel Fix. I had not committed any traitorous acts the entire round. I ran up to the top of the building in the middle of the map to join a fellow T, Mansa. Mansa ran downstairs one level, when I heard shots being fired. I ran down and saw an UnID'd body, Dark Panther, and Mansa. Dark panther was shooting Mansa with a jack hammer and I remained neutral. Mansa ran up as I ran down, and Dark Panther continued to indiscriminately mow me down with the jack hammer, even though I stayed neutral in the conflict. After I filed the report, he aggressively insisted that I saw the whole event, which I had not. I asked him to either compensate me in some way or to take a slay, to which he both refused. Aside from this, he also has been screaming at the top of his lungs into the microphone all night long. It was funny at first, even though it's a gaggable offense, and now it's just annoying.

Please deal with this staff member. He is ruining the Serious TTT experience.

i killed you for guilty by association, Mansa had killed a guy in the stairs then everyone opened fire on everyone and these happened.

 

That is a blatant lie. There were four people near the stairwell You, Mansa, myself, and whoever was shot prior to you showing up. This make believe bloodbath where all hell broke loose is a front for your lack of professionalism.

The fact that there are other dead bodies in a stairwell doesn't give your argument any weight. The round went on for a good 5-10 minutes after you RDM'd me. Why would I be so adamant on persecuting you and lie for no reason? I'm pretty sure if there was ANY reason at all for me to be looking for retribution, you would've mentioned it by now. Just own up to what you did and fix it, rather than make the other mods look bad. You're a representation of the server.

And you still haven't explained why you've been screaming into the mic all night long while people get gagged and even banned for that sort of thing.

 

Hello @TruMan , I hope you're doing well.

You claim that you did not see Mansa commit a traitorous act when Dark claims that you did (Guilt by association).
This is your word versus Dark's, so I can't do much here. Unless you have vital evidence to support your claim, I cannot take any action.

As for Dark micspamming, I'll make sure to speak with him about this to see if this is true.

I will leave this thread open for a while, but if I have noticed that no evidence has been presented or that this is going nowhere, I will have to mark it invalid and lock it.

 

I'm only asking this question in the most respectful manner. How can you ban people without evidence, but not have any sort of repercussions for moderators that abuse their power? I'm not logged in any more, but provided Mansa or Neo sees this thread, I hope their input would suffice as valid evidence.

 

I can Vouge for Truman about the mic spam It was very anoying listening to him and many others spam mics for 5 rounds during the map cammel.

 

I can assure you that the staff does not simply ban people without evidence. There are damage logs, reports, screenshots, maybe even demos that can back up their reasoning.

I have talked with Dark about the micspam and cleared things up. It shouldn't happen again, and if it continues with no action taken, I will look into this matter myself.

Not to Hijack the thred but he is becomming an on going issue i am not sayin ban anyone but i am asking why he isnt looking into my report of why i got rdm for filling out this thred and he is not answering and no one is getting slayed for the my rdm

 

i have been looking into reports, noone has been RDMing, each person has a valid reason for the kill.

 

Well can you look into the damage logs from my case? Maybe my report Neo or myself had filed? And if not, can Dark provide some sort of reasoning as to why he didn't produce them? I flat out told him in game that I was submitting a report. After all, he came prepared with his story and pictures of dead bodies. If his story is true, then I don't see any reason as to why he wouldn't provide them.

The thing is logs cannot prove whether or not it was guilt by association. As for reports, they get lost. There's no way of checking past reports made in game against other players (unless a screenshot was taken)
Simply providing further reasoning is futile, as no evidence was provided. Again, its your word versus his, I cant simply take action on someone's word.

Since no evidence has been provided, action cannot be taken.
