Why you should be unbanned:

I think I should be unbanned for one it was a false slay.
Why I was slayed, at the beginning of a round a T shot a player in a room, I was in the closet/bathroom connected to the room, so hearing this in my headset I could CLEARY hear the T shoot the person and, the noise of a player dying. I come out of the room 1 second later to find a un-ided body laying on the floor and a person I KNEW was a T viciously staring at me with the shotgun I HEARD right NEXT to me. So having as much common sense as any other TTT player I shot and killed him, me id-ing the body which I KNEW was a T said to myself a job well done. Only to be falsely slayed by Sinz. If the admin would've put himself in my shoes I bet myself he would've shot the player on the spot as of ANYBODY would've

Why I was banned:
I left. Why? because i'm not serving a false slay, I STRONGLY disagree with that slay.
I still can't believe i'm taking MY time to write the appeal for something that would've been resolved if Sinz had listened to me more clearly this makes me greatly regret donating my money to this serious TTT.

I was also banned for to long (6 days first offense) on the MOTD it says 5 days and if the appeal is declined I hope you will take off a day as it should have been 5 days.

In conclusion I think I should be unbanned because it WAS a FALSE slay.

Hello Mattchew,

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. I am also sorry that you feel donating to our servers was a mistake, perhaps after I explain myself you can understand. You were reported on the map Innocent Motel by a player named "Terminator" for killing him on suspicion, your response to this report can be view in the screenshot provided below. In this response you say Terminator was "right next to me" which is a complete exaggeration, you were in different rooms, he was not next to you but he sure was close. The slay was issued due to the fact that you did not see Terminator kill anyone. You heard a shotgun shot, saw Terminator and murdered him believing he killed another player, which he ultimately did however you had no evidence at that time to take action. To confirm this I even ask you if you actually saw anything and you reiterate the fact that you went based on shotgun shots (noise) and not visual evidence.

We have these rules set in place so people can play on our servers enjoyably, with ease. I understand that often times things might seem blatantly obvious (to you) but if everyone were to follow in your footsteps we would get people being randomly killed for gunshots miles away. This is why we ask for you to actually witness people commit traitorous acts before killing them, that is proof. I hope you can understand my actions after this and continue to enjoy our servers. I respect that you were honest throughout this whole ordeal, I thank you for that.

Once you left the server and as per !motd you were banned for your first offense of RDM and Leave. If you have anything to object or any evidence to prove your innocence, please do/provide.

 

I was in a closet, therefor next to him I come out to him walking towards me about to shoot me with the shotgun as he walks away from the body I heard die seconds later after I came out. (I knew he was a T as said many times, but I wasn't going to let a person I was 100% sure of being a T kill me)

 

If the body was unidentified why did you not state that in your report?

 

As of now I am not able to find Innocent Motel on the workshop so I can rein-act what exactly went down.

 

Yes I didn't state that, mainly cause I thought that would've clearly been enough evidence to my innocence. (seeing the un-ided and hearing gunshots to the right of me in the room and him standing there I backed up into the closest where he followed me into)

 

If it was not for the unidentified body, the ban would be left as is. For now I will unban you from East 2, in the future be sure to include what happened entirely in your response to avoid situations like these. Thanks for your time.
