The thing is that you can't tell the difference between him scripting or him using a macro, one of which is not punishable to my knowledge (the macro)... I've watched him a few times but sadly don't have any recordings/demos readibly available.

This report should be left to Admins+ to decide, preferably ones with extensive knowledge on how Bhopping on these servers work.

While I'm on the server currently, I am not the best person to tell the difference, so I'll let some of the experts looks at this or do what TeeZy said.

 

yeah, this was a bit fishy though, I asked a good bhopper to do what Konga said konga did and it really didnt work and never reaching the speed Konga showed. It was hard to tell but there are some bits where it seems like it.

 

Alright, I just took a look at the demo you provided. I have that exact same clip locally recorded using OBS on my machine, and I can provide that if necessary.

Now, first of all a script would be causing me to go significantly faster than I'm going in that demo (because a script would be hitting a perfectly consistent hop every time). If you notice, my strafes are sloppy sometimes and my speed is inconsistent (because I'm using my mouse wheel and trying to time each jump).

Of course his advice didn't work. Bunny hopping is an extremely counter intuitive form of movement in source games, and it requires many, many hours of practice to become proficient at it. Simply having someone tell you how to bunny hop (or more generally, air-strafe) is not going to allow you to do what I do in a few minutes.

The demo you provided did not show how koanga was scripting, and it is enough to prove his innocence with the video he uploaded.

And it is possible to reach that speed in our servers, as me, myself have been doing this for a very long time.

Because of that, I'm gonna mark this report invalid.
