Any new on Waterworld !

Ive been waiting patiently for waterworld to be revamped and fixed so people cant camp up top but i dont see it being done anytime soon, could we please just add it back in the rotation, there are sevral maps it can easily replace. just tp the campers away from the spot or whatever just add it, its been too long ! its like removing 67th way its just wrong and were missing out on a great map

 

I think the map was taken down for a reason. I think probably lag or some issue with the map.

 

You mean that horrendous indoor water park map? It's really unappealing and just...geh.

 

Last I heard, @Yawn. was working on fixing it up. It was on his Mapping to-do list. I wonder what happened.

 

Don't believe he's going to fix it up any more, but that's what I'm personally led to think since he's not been around since the..."incident."

 

I'm pretty sure it was taken down because of the lag that it caused.

 

Yeah the map caused a lot of lag for players, especially when the pool was activated to close off. Great map for sniping if you could get up onto the ventilation tubes. When I think of that map I think of @Asty and his sniper kill streaks.

 

Ahh, Waterworld is the home of my 15 kill jihad.
